Hello, I’m Martin Sørensen, the Managing Director of Property Excellence in Thailand and together with Jesper Sørensen we have founded ThaiHjem.dk.
With a decade of experience as a real estate agent, I’ve had the privilege of serving clients in the greater Pattaya area, including Jomtien and Bang Saray.
My journey into real estate was preceded by a robust academic and professional foundation. I hold a master’s degree in economics and spent over ten years as an auditor for renowned firms like KPMG and PwC. This experience sharpened my financial acumen and attention to detail, qualities that I’ve seamlessly transitioned into my real estate career.
What drives me in the real estate industry is a customer-centric approach. I firmly believe in placing the customer at the center of every real estate transaction. Hello, I’m Jesper Sørensen, and I am a co-founder of Thaihjem.dk alongside Martin Sørensen. For several years, I have been traveling in Thailand, and for the past five years, I’ve split my time evenly between Denmark and Thailand. Throughout these years, I’ve maintained a natural interest in the real estate market in Thailand and the opportunities it offers us as Danes.
My educational background is in engineering, but I have been running an independent business in Denmark for several years.
