Cetus consists of two buildings with the main building rising 49 stories high and a 5 story villa development in front of it. Cetus has a total of 310 one and two-bedroom units.

The facilities in Cetus include a very beautiful open lobby and lounge area from where is access to one of the two swimming pools and a large fitness center. Cetus is located in the southern part of Jomtien Beach road close to soi Chayapruek which means there is easy access to all the major roads in the area including the Sukhumvit highway. Pattaya city center is no more than 12-15 minutes away by car and ‘baht buses’ run along Jomtien beach road and just in front of Cetus.

In close proximity to Cetus, you find many international restaurants, and next to Cetus is the popular Café Le Mar restaurant that has an international menu along with Thai and Italian dishes, including pizzas. A couple of great seafood restaurants are also located just a few hundred meters from Cetus.
